Warehouse Guide

• Remove shipping labels from cases when they come back. Do not put cases back on shelves with labels.
• Stack cases that store stacked.
• When you move item A to get item B put item A back where it was.
• Unplug gurneys when you are done using them.
• Leave benches and gurneys clean when you are done using.
• DO NOT leave random gear on random shelf.
• Put mounting hardware away properly in drawers.
• Put cables towards the of the bins.



When gear is bad:

• LABEL WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT.
• Label unit and case.
• Sign your name so whoever is fixing it can follow up.
• Everybody is welcome to test / fix bad gear and cables.


• If you don't know where something goes, ask.
• Cable prepacks can almost always use sorting.
• Put new monitor labels on cases when checking in monitors. Use 1 label per type of monitor.



When mowing the lawn:

• Clean the clippings off the mower before parking it.
• Use string trimmer along curbs, around trees, signs, etc.
• Remove battery from trimmer andblower when done using them.


• Put tools away when done using them.
• Charge tools/batteries when done using or dead.



How to leave vehicles after use:

• Take your stuff with you.
• Unplug accessories.
• Make sure all lights are off.
• Make sure windows are closed.
• Report any issues with vehicles.
• Leave vehicles with full fuel tanks especially in winter.
• No smoking in the vehicle. Smoking area is on the gravel
